La Terraza is one of the newest and most well equipped rentals in San Juan Del Sur. Two balconies and a rooftop terrace provide dramatic views and plenty of ocean breezes. La Terraza is full of natural light and each room has at least two windows.  The rooms are well equipped with ceiling fans, Wi-Fi throughout, private bathrooms, and A/C available. The living areas of each floor are one of our best features. Enjoy cooking in a full, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Relax in the living room and watch some cable TV.
